This year's 5K Run & Walk is on Sunday, October 20th in Springvale, Maine. Registration & bib pick up start at 8:30am. Race begins at 10am.
Free BBQ and awards following the race.
Prizes for fastest female, male and dog. Medals for first and second place in all age categories.
Special note: We will be selling a limited supply of t- shirts the day of the race
