Letter to Our Members

Now that our new website is operational, I would like to explain a few of the changes that we made.

Going forward you will be getting periodic reminders of membership dues leading up to your due date. If your membership investment is up-to-date, your listing on the chamber website will be active. If you are over 30 days beyond that date the program automatically takes you off the site. You are still a member at that time but removed from the website. It is only fair that current members have the benefit of the membership directory listing. We will still be sending out invoices by mail approximately one month before your membership is due but we hope you feel the electronic reminders are sufficient notice.

We totally understand current business issues dealing with covid and if you need a restructuring of your membership we can certainly look at that, but we need to hear back from you if you need some extra time, otherwise, we will assume you will not be renewing your membership with us. We hope that is not the case. We love our members and try our best to assist you in any way we can. We hope you like our new website, which is still evolving, and want you to use it to assist your business. The Chamber encourages you to take a look at your listing and upload your logo, photos, add info to your profile, etc. This is a great marketing opportunity that is included in your membership.  Also if you have any business news or special events we would love to put on our website.

Thanks as always,

Rick
